1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and xk333 ("xk333", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at xk333.club. By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any service offered through the xk333 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the xk333 platform. xk333 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon publication on the xk333 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. All services are provided to eligible adult players located in the Bangladesh market. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that online gaming involves financial risk and that you participate entirely at your own discretion and risk.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the xk333 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are met at the time of registration and remain met throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. xk333 is strictly a platform for adults aged 18 and above. Players under 18 are not permitted to register, deposit, play, or access any feature of the xk333 platform under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the xk333 platform voluntarily and of your own free will, and you are not doing so under duress, coercion, or on behalf of any other person.

xk333 uses industry-standard age and identity verification procedures. In some cases, you may be asked to submit a copy of a government-issued identification document (such as a National Identity Card or passport), a utility bill, or a mobile wallet registration document to confirm that your account details are accurate and that you meet the eligibility criteria. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the stipulated timeframe will result in temporary suspension of your account until verification is completed.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full features of the xk333 platform, you must register a player account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested in the registration form. You must not use false names, fictitious identities, or another person's details when registering. xk333 reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on xk333. Registering or operating more than one account — including accounts opened under different names, different mobile wallet numbers, or different device identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts. Any balances held in duplicate accounts may be voided.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xk333 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your xk333 account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you will be held responsible for all such activity regardless of whether it was authorised by you.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if you believe your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify xk333 immediately by contacting our support team via live chat or at [email protected]. xk333 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure your account. However, xk333 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account prior to your notification to us.

3.3 Account Information Updates

It is your responsibility to ensure that the information held on your xk333 account remains accurate and up to date at all times. If any of your account details change — including your mobile wallet number or contact email address — you must update your account profile promptly. xk333 will not be responsible for failed transactions or communications resulting from inaccurate account information.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

xk333 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests exclusively via the following Bangladeshi mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). xk333 does not currently accept international debit or credit cards, bank wire transfers, cryptocurrency, or any other payment method not listed above. This list may be updated from time to time at xk333's discretion.

4.2 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount on xk333 is ৳500 per transaction.
• All deposits must be made from a mobile wallet account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — where the mobile wallet used does not belong to the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited.
• xk333 does not charge platform-level processing fees on standard deposits. Mobile wallet operator fees, if any, are the responsibility of the depositing player.
• Deposits are credited to your xk333 account in real time or within a short processing window, subject to the mobile operator's network conditions.
• xk333 reserves the right to request verification of the source of funds for any deposit at any time, consistent with our responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a mobile wallet account registered in the same name as your xk333 account. xk333 will not process withdrawals to third-party wallets or to wallets not previously used for deposits on the account.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. xk333 may request verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or for amounts exceeding platform thresholds.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements may not be withdrawn. Only real-money balances that have cleared all applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
• xk333 aims to process withdrawal requests within one to three business days, subject to verification completion. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods or public holidays in Bangladesh.
• xk333 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending investigation if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

xk333 may offer bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside the offer at the time it is made available. In the event of any conflict between specific bonus terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific bonus terms shall prevail in respect of that bonus only.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have completed account registration and, where required, identity verification on xk333.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each bonus offer is available to each eligible player once only. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus funds are added to your xk333 bonus balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the specific offer terms). For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus can be released as withdrawable funds.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate. The specific contribution rates will be stated in the individual bonus terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

xk333 actively monitors accounts for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, wagering patterns that are inconsistent with genuine play, placing opposing bets to minimise risk while satisfying wagering requirements (commonly referred to as "bonus hunting" or "matched betting" on bonus funds), and use of automated software to place bets. Where bonus abuse is detected, xk333 reserves the right to void the bonus, reverse associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account.

Seasonal promotions — including those associated with Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, BPL cricket tournaments, and other Bangladesh market events — are subject to their own specific terms published at the time of each promotion. These promotions are made available at xk333's discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time.

6 Gameplay & Betting Rules

6.1 Casino Games

All casino games available on the xk333 platform are supplied by certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules of each individual game are determined by the game provider and are displayed within the game interface. xk333 does not operate, host, or modify the game software or random number generators used by these providers. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be directed to xk333 support, who will escalate to the relevant provider where necessary.

Game results are final once the round is completed and the outcome has been determined and displayed. Requests to void a settled game result will only be considered in cases of verified technical malfunction. In the event of a technical failure during a game session — such as a disconnection or platform error — the game will be resolved in accordance with the game provider's disconnection policy.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting on xk333 covers cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers international matches), football, kabaddi, and other markets as made available. Betting markets, odds, and minimum and maximum stake limits are set and updated by xk333's trading team and are subject to change without notice.

• Bets placed are final and cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed, except where xk333's in-play cash-out feature is available and exercised by the player before the event concludes.
• In the event that a match or event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with xk333's event-specific settlement rules, which will be communicated to affected players.
• xk333 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously incorrect or erroneous price. Bets placed on events where the outcome was known at the time of placement will be voided.
• Maximum payout limits apply to all sports betting markets. These limits are displayed in the betting interface and may vary by sport, market type, and event.

6.3 Crash Games

Crash games including Aviator (Spribe) and Boom Legend operate on a provably fair algorithm. The game mechanics, multiplier history, and fairness verification tools are accessible within the game interface as provided by the respective game supplier. Results are final once the round has concluded.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xk333 platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraudulent activity: Any attempt to defraud xk333 or other players, including through the use of stolen payment methods, false identity documents, or manipulated transaction records.
• Money laundering: Using the xk333 platform to process, transfer, or conceal funds derived from illegal activities. xk333 complies with applicable anti-money laundering standards and will report suspicious activity where required.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one xk333 account, whether under the same name, a different name, a different device, or a different mobile wallet number.
• Collusion: Working with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on xk333, including coordinated betting in live casino games or sports markets.
• Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated tool to interact with the xk333 platform, place bets, or circumvent game mechanics.
• Exploiting technical errors: Deliberately exploiting glitches, software errors, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• Offensive conduct: Using abusive, threatening, or offensive language or behaviour toward xk333 support staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Providing false information: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, verification, or any interaction with xk333.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by xk333

xk333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct toward xk333 or other platform users.
• The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• xk333 is required to close the account by a legal, regulatory, or compliance obligation.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period and is subject to xk333's dormant account policy.

Upon closure of an account due to a breach of these Terms, xk333 reserves the right to retain any balance in the account pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, xk333 may forfeit the balance in full. Where no breach is confirmed, the balance will be processed for return to the player's registered payment method.

8.2 Closure by the Player

Players may close their xk333 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, xk333 will process the remaining real-money balance to the player's registered mobile wallet within the standard withdrawal timeframe, provided all verification and wagering requirements have been met. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period through xk333's responsible gaming tools. Self-exclusion options range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and they will not receive marketing communications from xk333. Players who have self-excluded and wish to reactivate their account following a temporary exclusion period must contact xk333 support and may be subject to a cooling-off review before access is restored.

8.4 Dormant Accounts

An xk333 account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. xk333 will attempt to contact the account holder at the registered email address before any dormant account action is taken. Any real-money balance remaining in a dormant account will be held by xk333 for a period consistent with applicable record-keeping obligations. Players may reactivate a dormant account by contacting [email protected] and completing any required verification.

8.5 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xk333 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the xk333 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity. xk333's aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit xk333's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8.6 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to xk333's operating jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts. Players are encouraged to contact xk333 support in the first instance for any complaints or disputes before pursuing formal legal remedies.
